With over 25 years of experience as a coach, trainer, and leader in talent development, I have dedicated my career to helping others grow, thrive, and achieve their goals. From global marketing and training initiatives in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru to local real estate success here in North Carolina, I bring energy, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in everything I do.

My family relocated to the Triangle from Atlanta, Georgia. I was born and raised in the Sunshine State of Florida, and cheering is a huge part of who I am. My brother was a professional NFL running back and punt returner for the Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos, and Dallas Cowboys. I myself was a cheerleader for over 15 years, and now I channel that same spirit into cheering my clients on throughout their real estate journey. There is nothing more rewarding than celebrating with them at the finish line.

Outside of work, I love inspiring others to become their best selves, spending time near the beach, reading, mentoring young women, supporting cheer competitions, dancing, meeting new people, and exploring new places. My favorite movies are action-packed, heartfelt, and full of life—just like me. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
